Silver & Amber NATURAL alluvial Topaz from Nigerian Rivers.
These are a by product of tin streaming in Nigeria, being heavy the topaz is washed out with the tin particles and separated. The largest best clear stones go to Germany to be cut into stones for jewellery. The smaller stones and stones with inclusions are tumble polished. We then segregate the stones into pale blue, gold/brown and clear silver and size them. This size is quite small around 3 to 5mm and the colour may be mixed amber and silver
