This product is a Moroccan Water Seller's Gear Bag from the early 20th century, which holds historical significance as a piece of Moroccan antiques. The bag was used to hold the personal belongings and coins the water seller receives from individuals, all around the world, who buy water from him. The water seller will keep coins and mount them on his bag, creating a unique and one of a kind piece. With its traditional design and materials, this gear bag serves as a tangible piece of history that offers a glimpse into the daily lives and practices of Moroccan water sellers in the early 20th century. The bag would make a beatiful wall decoration. The bag was acqired in 1976.
