this is a 2007 care Bears, baby family medical journal. It has never been used. It still has the original sticker on the front and back. The only flaws is the plastic is ripped in the front and on the top and the inside is a little folded on the plastic, but the pages have never been written in or used in the back. Plastic panel is perfectly fine. Please see the pictures for details.
