This three-bulb, flush-mount, porcelain light fixture was manufactured by Porcelier sometime between the late 1920's and the early 1950's, the lifetime of the company and it is appropriate for both art deco and mid-century modern design. It has raised floral displays in orange, blue, and green, and along the sides it has raised fern leaves overlain with orange dots. The fixture has lived a sheltered life, has no flaws, and is almost like a new one. We think it was taken down early in its life and has been stored for decades. Photos 2, 3, & 4 show it from each side.
The fixture was rewired, tested, and is guaranteed to perform correctly. We have removed all of the paint and dirt from the sides (there wasn't much), and it is ready to hang on the ceiling. It has the original porcelain and brass sockets which are signed PORCELIER and which use standard base bulbs (bulbs not included). The sale includes the correct mounting hardware (antique brass mounting nut, threaded nipple, & crossbar). If you would prefer a mounting nut in bright brass, statuary bronze (dark brown), or nickel plated, please say so and we will substitute.
Dimensions: 10" in diameter and 2" high (not including mounting nut).
At the time of listing we have a pair of 2 bulb fixtures with the same design and colors, so if you are looking for a matched set, please look over our other listings.
