Arkham Horror by Fantasy Flight Games.  2nd edition (2005).  Also includes two expansions: Dunwich Horror and Curse of the Dark Pharoah.

All are opened but in near mint condition.  A corner of the DH box is worn.  See photo #7.

Includes custom decks for holding cards and counters.  See photo #3.
