We send a $270 refundable deposit request through eBay.
Your 7-day rental starts on the date the carrier marks the package “Delivered.”
Your rental ends on the date the return package receives its first carrier acceptance scan.
Your deposit refund is processed after the rental arrives back at our shop and passes a quick inspection, less any disclosed return-label, extension, late, missing-item, or damage charges.

✅ Vehicle, Device & Wi-Fi Compatibility:

Compatible with diagnostic-capable Volkswagen Group passenger vehicles from 1996 through the current model year.
Some older Volkswagen Group vehicles may require an optional 2x2 diagnostic adapter.
Full Windows-based VCDS can connect to HEX-NET through Wi-Fi or USB.
The current Windows version of VCDS supports Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11.
VCDS-Mobile can be accessed through a modern web browser on compatible smartphones, tablets, Mac, Linux, and Windows devices.
A Windows computer is required for initial setup, configuration, firmware updates, and use of the full Windows VCDS program.
HEX-NET supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only. It does not connect directly to a 5 GHz-only Wi-Fi network.
A computer, smartphone, or tablet is not included with the rental.

Vehicle coverage and available functions vary by model, model year, equipment, control module, and whether you use full Windows VCDS or VCDS-Mobile.
