Handmade Leather Chest Holster, Hunting, Alaska Rig, Kodiak Rig, Sportsman's Rig, Smith and Wesson, S&W, .460 magnum, .500 magnum, X frame

This holster utilizes multiple holes and Chicago screws to adjust it to your body. These adjustments can position your weapon near your side or your stomach area in a cross-draw fashion. Always use blue Loctite on Chicago screws to prevent the screws from backing out.

The horizontal strap utilizes mil-spec webbing strap and a side release buckle to adjust for girth. This provides adjustability and makes the rig simple to put on and remove, accounting for thicker clothing, jackets, etc.

This holster is lined. I use 6-7 oz leather for the exterior and line with 4 oz leather. The muzzle end is left open to discourage moisture from building up.

Tooling is optional for additional cost.

The default color is saddle tan as in the photographs. Alternate colors are available. Please message if you want another color.

Please note that these holsters fit listed factory equipped pistols. Aftermarket accessories such as scopes, lights, red dot sights and lasers are not compatible with this holster.

All of the holsters that I sell are handmade by me in southern Idaho, USA. The leather is cut, dyed, tooled, stitched, polished and assembled by hand. No two will be perfectly identical.
