Nice used old Tuba, Tenorhorn or Bariton (?). I guess it is a Russian Tenorhorn.  The bell showes some kyrillic (?) letters.  Size of the horn is approx. 29 inch/73,5cm. The bell meassures approx. 9,5inch/24 cm. The tubing from mouthpice to bell meassures aprox.282cm/ 111nches. The valves are moving fast and  easy, 1 slides is moving. The 3rd valve slide and its brace needs a soldery repair. Please see the last photo! The instrument showes some dents and bents.  Instrument needs repair, service & cleaning.
