Piece of art measures 19 inches by 28.5 inches not including frame. I believe it was made at the Pyongyang Embroidery Institute in North Korea. It is embroidered from silk and depicts a painting that is housed in the Victoria and Albert Museum called Nakdonggang Grandfather by Yi Ch'ang (1981)
