This Royal Doulton ~ Bunnykins ~ Ice-Cream Seller ~ Lamp Base has No Shade, it is in good used condition with NO chips or cracks.It has Not been PAT Tested but works fine.It stands 23cm tall with the fitting ( 15.5cm without ) and is 16cm in diameter at its widest.
The cable is 103cm long.
