Shipping (If Available):
FiTech uses the Ebay Global Shipping Program. Your
order will be shipped to an Ebay freight forwarding warehouse in the United
States. At this point, Ebay then takes control and assumes all responsibility
of the shipment. Ebay will generate a new tracking # and forward the shipment
to your destination. If your order has been refused and is shipping back,
it is shipping back to Ebay, not us. Our obligation for international orders is
to get your order to the International Ebay warehouse and Ebay assumes all
responsibility for the shipment
Leaving Feedback:
We leave positive feedback for every purchase as soon as
the item is paid for. We hope that once you receive your item that you return
Positive Feedback for us as well.
We want you to be

If you receive an order and it does not meet your
expectations, please allow us the opportunity to fix the problem before leaving
negative feedback or rating us. We will do everything in our power to

Shipping Information:
Most items ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business
days after your payment is received. Special Order Items may take
Longer. You will receive an email with tracking information once your
order has shipped.
Returns:
FiTech offers a 30 day return on all items listed on
Ebay. Returns will not be accepted on items that have been modified, painted,
abused, damaged or special order items. All return requests must go through
eBay. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Is Covered: This warranty is limited to repair or replacement (at our
discretion) of any FiTech part that fails because of a defect in workmanship or
materials. Implied warranty: Any warranties implied by law are limited to the
duration of this warranty, (except in those states where prohibited by law).

We Cover: All FiTech warranties apply to the original purchasing consumer on
items purchased from an authorized dealer/reseller. Warranties are not
transferable.

We Do Not Cover
o Failure of a product due
to misapplication, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, abuse,
unauthorized repairs, accidents, or modifications to the original design.

o Removal or replacement
costs.
o Shipping costs.
o Damage during
shipping.
o Damage to related
components.
o Costs incurred due to
downtime of a vehicle.
o Vehicle transport or
storage costs.
Warranty Service Procedure
·
In
the event, a problem develops with one of our products, contact our tech
support department. It may be determined that the product will have to be
returned for inspection and/or repair. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number will be assigned to you. This number must be on the box shipped back to
FiTech Warranty. Any packaged received without an authorized RMA number and
without the number written on the box will be rejected and sent back at
shipper's expense.

The
product must be returned via freight prepaid. It must be accompanied by a clear
description of what the problem is with the product.
·
If
the product is determined to be defective within the warranty period, FiTech
will repair, replace, or issue a credit to the original consumer at our
discretion. Any repaired or replaced product will be returned to the sender via
prepaid FedEx or other ground carriers.
There is no warranty on the
following:

Any
product used in marine applications unless specifically stated for marine
usage.
·
Any
parts subject to excessive wear or extreme environments.
·
Any
product that has been physically altered improperly installed or improperly
maintained.
· Any product used in improper applications.
