Regrettably we are unable to offer a free delivery service to BT, AB, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, ZE, PH, PA20- PA78, KA27 - KA28, PO30 -PO40 and all of shore (non mainland UK) addresses, we may however be able to arrange delivery at an additional cost. Parcel carrier for small items (Lamp Tables, Chairs, Nests etc)

All our small items are sent with a small parcel carrier, you will receive an email with a consignment number once dispatched which will enable you to track the delivery online.

Pallet Service for medium to large size items (Garden Furniture etc)

Some of our items are sent with a Pallet delivery service, this service is fast and limits the risk of your items being damaged. You will receive an email confirming this service once dispatched, you will then receive correspondence from the carrier company to book in delivery on a day suitable for yourself. Upon delivery the driver will bring the items on a pallet as close to the property as possible but will not be able to bring the items inside the property. The Pallet is part of the packaging and will need to be disposed of by yourselves. 

If this service is something which you cannot facilitate please contact us and we will be able to look into alternative options for you.

2 Man Delivery Service

Most Larger items including Wardrobes/Bookcases, Dining Sets and sideboards are dispatched with our 2 man delivery service. Upon dispatch you will receive an email to confirm the items have been sent via this service. The Carrier will then contact you directly to book in delivery and provide a time slot for delivery. This service is a Room of Choice Delivery limited to Ground and 1st floor only.

Next Day Delivery 

Please select "Other 24 Hour Carrier" at checkout, next day delivery costs apply. Your order and payment must clear before 12pm on the day of ordering for our warehouse to be able to process your order for next day delivery. Our next day delivery service is for the next working day. Please note that next day delivery for all heavy and bulky items is facilitated by our pallet carrier - hence items will arrive securely packaged on a wooden pallet.

We operate a 30 Day Returns policy for your peace of mind. This means you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please try to retain the original packaging as it makes the return process much easier.

Contact us via the eBay messaging form to arrange the return of your item and we will make arrangements with our carriers to collect your items.

The return cost for this item is £40 which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7-10 days depending on your card issuer's policies.
