This group of 6 vintage Russian, Khokhloma, hand- painted lacquered spoons Includes two different sizes, styles and colors.
The 3 red/ gold large spoons are 7.5" long with a spoon width of 2.5" The 3 smaller, mostly black, spoons, are 6" long with a 1.5" spoon width with 2 different designs inside the spoon.
These spoons were made in the Russian Federation sometime in the 20th century. They are handmade and adorned with vibrant colors and designs that reflect the Russian cultural heritage.
The spoons were a gift from a Russian family that immigrated to New Jersey in the 1980s and brought the spoons with them. They were a gift for the help we gave them.
Not new per say, but I have never used them.
