This is Mauritius booklet with both King George VI and Queen Elizabeth II stamps.  It was issued in 1953.  It's SG SB 1/CW B1, the 5R Booklet.

This one here has a couple of things to note.  Firstly, the King George VI 50 Cents pane has Plate 1 on it.  The Queen Elizabeth II panes have the FULL DE LA RUE Imprint.  The King George VI 5 Cents pane has 2 Marginal Crosses!

This booklet is Mint and valued at L225 in the Stanley Gibbons Catalogue!
