Timepiece movements, lighting, electronics, and mechanical items are NOT tested for functionality unless noted. They should be considered in 'for parts and repair' condition, meaning they may not be fully functional and require repair or parts replacement. This condition is often used for items that are sold for their parts or for buyers who are willing to invest in repairs. Art has not been examined out of the frame unless otherwise stated.

Shipping

eBay calculates the postage based on:

• Dimensions of the box
• Weight including all packaging material
• Your zip code
• Carrier & service you select

Please note that we do not entertain requests for reductions in shipping prices. We pack items generously with appropriate padding to help ensure the package arrives in the same condition we shipped it. Some items may even be double-boxed to protect delicate items from breakage. While this may add to the package weight and dimensions, we will not take chances by using less packaging material to save money on shipping.

If any item you purchased arrives broken or damaged in transit, you must inform us immediately upon receiving it and provide us with proof of damage that we can submit to the carrier.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Save the original packaging and everything in the package until the claim is settled with the carrier.
• You must provide clear photos of every part of the box - including the label.
• You must provide clear pictures of the package contents, showing the extent of the damage.
• Do not discard damaged items, even after you photograph them.
• Retain all evidence until the claim is resolved with the carrier.
• Save any undamaged items with the damaged items.
• You may be asked to take the entire package to your local Post Office or carrier facility for their inspection.
• The carrier may hold you responsible for providing an estimate of repair costs from a reputable dealer.

Failure to provide the information required to make an insurance claim with the shipping carrier may result in you not receiving a refund.
