WEe got this with a bunch of tools from a Honda dealer, It has light surface rust and scratches from being in a bin with other tools. I see no Hammer marks that you would normally see on a tool of this kind if its used. This MIGHT be new. This has many steps for different id bearings and can be used on many things. I am sure even other makes. Please know what you are bidding on before purchase.
