Bag rider / JB3D Base Butt Plate for the AGT Vixen 1 & 2

This JB3D-printed bag rider is specifically designed to fit AGT Vixen JB3D base plates.

For benchrest shooting or shooting from a bench, maintaining rifle stability is crucial. Unfortunately, many stocks don’t offer a flat, solid base for resting on a bag. This can also pose challenges under benchrest rules that prohibit angled or concave stock bases, rendering some rifles non-compliant. That’s where this bag rider excels — providing a flat, stable platform that integrates seamlessly with either the original butt pad or an aftermarket hook.

The bag rider measures 25mm wide by 110mm long (custom sizes available on request). It can be used with or without the original butt pad or aftermarket hook.

Mounting bolts are included, and installation is straightforward — no modifications required.

Our JB3D-printed adjustable base plates and butt hooks are designed to fit the AGT Vixen 1 and 2 bottle models.

These base plates replace the original Vixen butt, offering an optional enhanced fit. They are compatible with the original rubber butt pad if you wish to use it.

Fitting is simple: slide the plate onto the bottle and tighten the bolts. We’ve made this design thicker and more durable than the original butt, which has been prone to cracking for some users.

Now available in both short and extended base plate versions.

Please note: the original rubber butt pad is not included.
