Payment

	
										We accept PayPal immediately payment and Bank Wire. 

Bank wire customer, please contact with us for detailed information before purchase. 

For PayPal customers, we ship to PayPal confirmed address within USA ONLY. (No exception) If your shipping address is unconfirmed by PayPal, we have to cancel your order and refund your money.

Payment must be received within 3 days after close of auction. Unpaid auction will be forfeited after seven days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.

Ebay system would calculate Sales Tax for you automatically when you check out. 
								

Shipping

	
								If you notice any damage to the outer packaging, please do not open it and contact us on eBay immediately. Otherwise, we may refuse return requests due to product damage.

For domestic shipping, We use FedEx Or USPS to carry your item, NOT UPS or other delivery company.

We are unable to ship oversea.

All shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

We are located  in San Jose ,CA 95131 and do provide local pick up service. (Please contact with us to schedule pick-up time )

Products will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1 business days after we receive your payment. Please verify your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. Tracking number will be email to you once your order is completed and shipped.

Terms

								Your bid is a binding contract. Serious bidders ONLY.

Factory Refurbished products are returned items from retailers or customers to the manufacturer for different reasons (defective, exchange, open box). The units are inspected by the manufacturer to ensure that they meet the same quality standards as new products, and include the complete original factory install (some manufacturers no longer include recovery discs or recovery partitions, but may make them available for sale). They operate as any other "new" product, although these units might have minor outside case blemishes or scratches. Factory Refurbished products come with original manufacturer warranties (unless noted), are fully tested by the manufacturer, and are in manufacturer boxes. If you receive a Factory Refurbished unit and it is defective, not working or missing a part, you should contact the manufacturer directly for warranty repair, or contact us to get a RMA number to return for repair or replacement with the exact same item only. Most of these refurbished items are in good working and cosmetic condition.

Important: We sell the products, but We don’t test and change the products, especially refurbished items, since they were fully tested by the manufacturer before selling to us.  Also, we are unable to inspect items personally because most of them are in manufacture sealed box.
