These are vintage handmade Leprechaun dolls from Jays Dolls. I believe they were made in Ireland in the 1960s. The dolls are a  a medium complexion, brown eyes, and white straight hair. It is 9" tall and made of wire, felt, and ceramic materials. The doll is dressed in traditional Irish leprechaun clothing and is a perfect decoration for St. Patrick's Day.
