Seal on game is near mint and fully intact with no rips, tears or punctures at all. Game seal condition is very clean and is definitely worth grading if needed.
Also included is a brand new and sealed Pre-Order Bonus that I received for buying the game at GameStop. This game is my own personal copy that I had purchased, but never got around to playing it. Very low print run and game is getting rare every year that follows.
