Introduction to International Auto spares;

Welcome to International auto spares and thank-you for viewing our listing. We are a car dismantling facility based in west wales not far from the coastal town of Newquay. We carry a vast array of used car parts and have been in business for over five years. In order to meet the demands of the growing market and the turn to online sales we have recently branched out onto eBay and also upgraded our premises.

What makes us different?

At international auto spares the company is run more like a shop than a regular ‘breakers’, nothing is removed from the vehicles by any customers and nothing remains on a vehicle for more than 48hours of entering the facility. In that time the car is analysed for faults and carefully stripped of every part which is inspected for defects, photographed, labelled and shelved before being entered into stock by one of our office team. We believe this is the way forward for modern day dismantlers.

By doing this we can ensure all parts are thoroughly inspected before removal and avoid disappointment.

In addition to this, we promise that the part photographed will be the part you receive and not a ‘stock’ photo.

The quickest way to gain an answer is over the eBay, we can be contacted on via eBay message and our opening hours are:

Monday-Friday 8:30am – 6:00 pm

Saturday 9:00am – 1pm

We are closed on a Sunday.

We are a business so please only expect a response in working hours, any emails will be replied to within 24hours without fail.

If you require a part that you cannot see listed, simply give us a call, chances are we have it!

Usually we stock at least 3 of each type of vehicle as we do specialise and purchase to order.

Payment types

We accept PayPal as our primary online payment method but we do accept all major debit or credit cards such as VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO, SWITCH AND SOLO over the eBay. In addition to this we also accept bank transfer, cash or cheque.

Postage and packaging

Any items weighing less than 2kg are posted with royal mail and everything is sent 1^st class recorded, it is always track-able and we quote the royal mails website of 1-3 days for this service though most are received within 24 hours.

Any items over 2kg will arrive with either City-link, UPS or yodel depending on the value and nature of the item. All items are insured for damage and wrapped to the highest standard. All of these services are 24hour but please allow 24hours handling time prior to our daily collection.

IMPORTANT RETURN AND REFUND DETAILS

In rare cases a part may have been overstocked or damaged in storage, if this is the case we will notify you within 24hrs of sale in order to avoid inconvenience and offer a 10% discount off your next purchase with ourselves. Please be aware that this does happen from time to time given the nature of the items for sale. We are here to help! With used parts and reliance on couriers, sometimes things happen that are out of our control.  The best way to resolve any problem is to eBay us. We will answer any query with a solution whilst you wait on the eBay!

As im sure you are aware, you are covered fully by eBays buyer protection policy and we will always comply and follow its recommendations but we would like to make you aware that you have at least 30 days of grace where you can opt to be helped by eBays protection called the ‘resolution centre’. 99% of the time we can resolve any issue over the eBay or email within 24hours whether it be a broken part/return or incorrect item. All we ask is that you give us a chance to resolve it this way first as it draws a much quicker close to the matter which is always good.

Any costs incurred for returns for a functioning part supplied correctly as per advert must be covered by the buyer but we will cover any return costs and in most cases arrange a courier to collect anything that arrives damaged or incorrect which is rare.
