It is a wall handing cabinet, made of solid wood

Hand painted display sign lettering, for advertising a contractor business

Porcelain pull knob opens to "Orders" slot, and a slate chalkboard

I believe it's from late 1800's or early 1900's

About 19.25" tall, 12.25" wide, and 5" deep
