ID: Invaded is a 2020 original anime by NAZ, directed by Ei Aoki and written by Ōtarō Maijō. It follows Narihisago, a former detective now imprisoned after killing his daughter’s murderer. With his past marked by tragedy—including his wife's suicide—he now helps solve serial murders using id wells, mental landscapes accessed via the unconscious minds of killers or victims.

Within these surreal, fragmented spaces, investigators reconstruct clues, motives, and scenes through scattered visual data—making for a compellingly unique approach to crime-solving.

The series quickly drew a fanbase thanks to its originality and was complemented by a sequel manga by Yūki Kodama.
