Under our normal fast and free delivery option we endeavour to dispatch your new items out so that they are with you within 2 working days unless specified in the live ETA dates provided on listing.

For example, under normal circumstances, if you place an order on a;

• Monday: We aim to deliver your item(s) on Wednesday
• Thursday: We aim to deliver your item(s) on Monday
• Friday-Sunday: We aim to deliver your item(s) on Tuesday

We deliver to all of England and Wales for Free on our standard delivery option.However, the carriers do impose a surcharge to the specified areas below – We do meet some of the charge ourselves but regrettably, the rest is passed on to you.

If you wish to return unwanted goods, you must notify as soon as possible. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. 

Please ensure goods are returned in their original packaging.

If goods have been opened then a £30 handling charge will apply.

Should your goods arrive to you with obvious signs of carriage damage, you can either refuse the delivery, or sign the delivery note as received damaged.

If you accept the delivery without latter we are unable to claim for the damage and therefore will not be able to refund your money.

If upon assembling there are missing or broken parts, please notify us as soon as possible se we can offer a suitable replacement.
