Preparation Instructions 

  • Place oats in a lidded container. 
  • Add 1/3-1/2 cup milk of your choice, stir, cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. 
  • Stir again before serving. 
  • Optional: Stir in 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt of your choice before refrigerating overnight.
