This is an open box item in the original packaging.  The box has some damage as shown.  The carrier has been removed from the box and fitted but there's no evidence of any use. The original manual is included.

Although this item appears to be new and unused, I listing it as used because I can not attest that no one ever used it. It has been removed from the box,  perhaps as a display item.  Again,  I'm not certain, so I'm listing as used and reducing the price accordingly to give someone a great deal.
