Excellent quality, used show shirt for small woman or youth.  It is light blue with white/tan check.  The collar has custom holes for a tie bar, very little wear on this shirt.  Material is beautiful.  The neck is 15 inches, tip of shoulder to end of sleeve is 25", and bust is 40".  Happy to answer any questions.
