My Terms are as follows: All of my items are sold "AS-IS" and are non-refundable. For this reason please ask questions prior to purchase. All items are keep in a spare room where the dog is not allowed, but occasionally hairs do transfer. When measuring, I lay them flat, measure the width of each location and double, except for the lengths, which are not doubled. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE ITEMS WILL BE PACKED IN A BOX OR ENVELOPE! YOU MAY DESIRE TO HAVE THEM PRESSED UPON ARRIVAL. As much as I try to look them over and describe what I find, I may miss something. I will list all the defects I find. Please use the measurement provided for proper fit. Please keep in mind that most of the items we sell are “Better” clothing, and most require Dry Cleaning to maintain their original condition. I did not have them dry cleaned and thus reduced the prices. I suggest you consider having it cleaned upon arrival to assure freshness. Please don't forget to have a look at my other items.
