This beautiful example is from the GP block and has been graded Choice About Uncirculated by PMG. Always in demand from collectors are the 1988a series WEBS and this example is from the GP block run 8 which has some of the most valuable and difficult to obtain WEBS and this note has a book value of $125 in UNC condition!
