Vintage collectible pixie elf/clown wire doll figurine toy.  Red Velvet Clothing with a "Christmas Fund" can for coins.  Used.

I have no idea what this is or the history surrounding it!  It's interesting and quite unusual.  Appears to be an old toy bank as it has a can labeled "Christmas Fund".  It obviously shows signs of age and wear.  Please view all photos for details.  Sold "As Is".
