Here you have A WONDERFUL BIT of VINTAGE HINDENBURG MEMORABILIA! Please...SEE THE SCANS! This is THE NEW CHINA CLIPPER PREPARING FOR AND DEPARTING ON THE FIRST TRANSPACIFIC MAIL RUN  featured on the cover and inside TWO COMPLETE 1935 issues of THE MID-WEEK PICTORIAL. One shows the trial flight on the cover. The other is a ONE–PAGE PIECE WITH TWO PHOTOS OF THE PLANE ON THE WATERS OF THE OAKLAND ESTUARY and LEAVING OVER THE GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE UNDER CONSTRUCTION... There is also a MAP OF THE PACIFIC CROSSING ROUTE... This was published by the NEW YORK TIMES! It is a beautiful photo journal of the news and images of the day throughout the United States and the world. This is packed with photos of people, places and history being made. The Mid-Week Pictorial measures just over 13 1/4 inches X 9 1/2 inches which allows for larger photos. Nice articles! Nice Photos! This is a news stand publication. These have some good vintage edge and corner wear. The greatest thing to be aware of is that these were not produced on acid-free paper so the edges tend to flake. Not mint, but fairly gently read and a very rare! A great historical piece! Take it home with you! Winner, please add $6.75 for postage and wonderful packaging. GOOD LUCK!
