These General Terms apply to the
many kinds of Items I sell.
Payment

Note: Remember, all shipping fees
include handling as well as supplies and a lot of the Sellers time. Plus,
each listing costs money as well as fees taken after the sale which the
Seller Pays:

Shipping
I will combine shipping on
multiple auctions won. You must buy
the items but do not pay
until you have contacted me via an ebay message and tell me the items
you
want combined. I will then
send you an invoice to pay with combined shipping.
Save Time
and maybe Shipping Cost: Buyers if you live in the
Baltimore area or its surrounding counties, you can pick up
the item from me after arrangements are made and the item
is paid for. I will drive up to 5 miles from
my house to meet you at a
Public Place for a Local Pick up. I charge a $10 local pick-up charge for
my driving and delivery and my time. Here is what you should do, at
checkout for Shipping only select Local Pick Up, Then Buy and Pay for
the Item, and then message me the area you live in and we will make
arrangements for a pickup time and place.
Shipping
Changes
Your item will ship as quickly as possible. I ship every other business day via
USPS, and sometimes FedEx and UPS. I use priority mail on most of my
USPS items. However, the Buyer understands I have the right to
change shipping methods depending on the item, the box, the packing
materials, or any other reasons. This change in shipment may change the
actual shipping cost to me the Seller but will not increase or decrease the
shipping cost to the Buyer. The shipping costs stated in the Listing
are non-negotiable and will remain the same as stated in the current
listing.
International
Buyers
Please note that import
duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping
charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with
your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be
prior to bidding or buying.
These charges are normally
collected by the delivery freight or shipping company or when you pick up the
item. Do not confuse them with additional shipping charges. I do not mark
merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts. U.S. and International
government regulations prohibit such behavior.

and Best Offer Terms
Best Offer prices submitted by buyers will be processed by me as for the item
only, never for a reduction in the shipping costs. This will be the
case regardless of whether a reduction of the shipping costs was entered
as a
"term" of the
offer by the buyer. Shipping costs that are already specified by me and
appearing in my listings are non-negotiable through the Best Offer
feature. Any terms set by buyers for a reduction of shipping costs
will simply not be honored. This is a policy eBay has created to protect
sellers, given that we can now pre-fill our listings to automatically
accept Best Offers at or over specific dollar amounts.
When eBay automatically
accepts the offer, it does not factor in or honor any written
terms submitted by the buyer, but instead processes the submitted
price as the item-only price. Hence the policy and my inability to
honor such terms submitted by buyers through the Best Offer

Sourcing
I buy items at estate sales,
yard sales, flea markets, retail and thrift stores sales, department stores on
clearance sales, going out of business sales, overstock sales, and then
I transport them home, and store them at home or in a paid storge
facility, I then list them, answer questions about them and sell them, I then take
time to package them with shipping materials I bought and I mail them to you. Some
items may have original price stickers, reduced price stickers and or clearance
price stickers on them. I am trying to make a profit. Each sale takes a lot of
work and expense on my part. If you have a problem with buying an item with a
low-price sticker on it, don't buy it.
Packaging
There are times when
recycled materials are used for shipping. You may receive recycled packaging. This
helps keep our prices low and helps the environment. I try to package all
our items in the same way I would like to
receive my shipments, as
safe and protected as possible. Every item is described as accurately as
possible, if you have questions, please ask before bidding or buying. For
Clothing and other materials, the Item may arrive
with wrinkles from shipping
and packaging.

Returns and
Refunds are Accepted only for the Following Reasons:
If there was a huge mistake
in the description or the photos, then a return and refund is accepted. If the
item is described as working and it is broken or it does not work, then a
return and refund is accepted. The Buyer must contact me within 3 Days
of receiving the item and explain the problem. The Buyer pays for the
return shipping and is also responsible for repacking the item carefully
and shipping it back to me in the condition it was received. Refunds are issued only after
the item has been returned to the seller and after sellers’ approval via ebay
messages. Buyer's remorse is NOT recognized as a reason for
requesting a refund.
Most of the items I sell are
used and because of that, new conditions should not be expected. Also, Since
I'm NOT an expert on anything, I try to accurately describe each item
as I see it and advise of any defects, damaged areas
or stains but cannot
possibly mention every small surface blemish- if you have any questions about
the item's construction, age, condition, etc., please ask - I will
honestly respond - DO NOT wait until the auction is over and you have
received the item to ask questions or address issues. My descriptions are as
accurate as my limited knowledge allows - if I fail to mention a
point that may be of importance to you, please do not hesitate to
email with questions. All items are sold AS IS with no guarantee written
or implied other than what is stated in the description. Please
Look at Pictures and read the description to make sure you want it.
For
Clothing, if there are measurements and photos included in the
description please read and look at them because clothing sizes can
vary greatly for the same type of item. A Good Idea would be
to Compare the measurements in the description to the measurements of
several of your own items. (Using the same type of clothing piece and the
ones that fit you well). That will give you a range of fitting measurements and
a much better idea if this item is going to be a good fit for you.
All
Clothing and Fabric Items I sell have been Cleaned and/or washed per eBay’s Standards
For other
Items, if there are measurements or size included in the
description read them and make sure the item you are buying will fit in the
space you will place it.
For
Cassettes, 8 track tapes and VHS tapes and tape programs because of
their age, are subject to breaking or not playing correctly, I have no
idea if or when they will fail or break. And they eventually will. I have no
way of knowing when in the future. These tapes and/or tape programs are
being sold "as is" and is not guaranteed in any way shape or
form. These Items may also have some age-related minor handling or storage
wear. These items cannot be returned.
For Older Technology,
Computer, Computer Parts Software, Data Discs and Peripherals, and older Educational
Books, Training, Seminars and any Programs, because of the Age of the
Item, may not work, some techniques, software, procedures and directions may be
outdated or obsolete, any phone numbers or addresses listed, or websites listed
may not be correct, any promotions and offers may have expired. These Items may
also have some age-related minor handling or storage wear. These items cannot
be returned.
For
non-graded and non-certified Trading Cards, Post Cards, Photos and
Autographs: I cannot guess, predict, or guarantee what a
card or item will be graded or certified or authenticated if you
submit them to be graded or authenticated after the sale. Look
at the Photos very carefully and make a decision to buy only if you are
completely Satisfied with the Condition. All Trading Cards, Sports,
Non-Sports, Post Cards, Photographs and Autographs and other gradable
items I sell are Sold "as is" no returns.
For Expired
Ink, Expired Film, Expired Computer Storage items, Expired or out of date
Computer Software
and any
other Expired or Out of Date items or Media or any Electronics, because of
their age, are subject to breaking or not working correctly, I have no
idea if or when they will fail or break. And they eventually will. I
have no way of knowing when in the future. These Expired and Out of Date
items are being sold as collector items and are being sold as not working,
they are sold "as is" and they are not guaranteed in any way
shape or form.
These items
cannot be returned.
For Junk
Lots and Estate Lots, the items may be Dusty, Dirty, may.
be broken or not working,
they may have parts or pieces missing, they may have Scratches, Marks,
Blemishes, Crumples, Creases, and Wear. These items are being sold as
collector items and are being sold as not working, they are sold for
parts only, "as is" and they are not guaranteed in any way shape or
form.
These items
cannot be returned.
I do not
guarantee the age or material or origin of any piece I sell; I am not an expert
on anything, and I can only describe the items to the best of my limited
ability.
New Items I
buy, and sell are items usually bought at a close out sale, clearance sale or
in a quantity discount, and they do not come with a receipt or warranty.
