This VTG National Pressure Cooker appears complete with all the accessories, pans and racks. With one of those fancy deep cleans this will really shine! It is 16quarts with the wood handles. I have no tested it. My only questions is the stiffness of the sealing rubber. That may need replaced. Message with questions.
