This is an India Travancore & Cochin Higgins & Gage #27, the 6 Cash + 2 Cash Red Postcard.   This one was used commercially with a DUE PAY Mark.  It was sent locally on 9/18/1949, though these cards were issued in 1946.

It's used and in GEM condition with lovely postal markings!
