This is the PVDF piezo sensor with build-in EMI shielding to filter out the surrounding AC noise (50 Hz, 60 Hz).

It has 1 m long soft BNC cable and male BNC connector. easy to use.

It is produced with PolyK high performance 28 um thick PVDF piezo film, capacitance about 2.8 nF. Dimension 16 mm wide x 41 mm long. 

Very low noise design, can be used to directly monitor human heart rate by simply grab the sensor with two fingers.

It is truely flexible.

It can be laminated to any surfaces with simple double sided tape.

When laminated to a surface, the PKS-SDT1 sensor is a great contact microphone or dynamic strain gauge. The output signal can be directly measured by an oscilloscope with 10 Mohm input impedance.

It has broad frequency response.

Typical applications include measuring acoustic wave, monitor machine vibration and health, contact microphone, music acoustic pickup, vibration sensor, etc.
