Preheat the oven to 180 °.
In a saucepan, put water, honey, brown sugar, spices and butter.
Heat over low heat to dissolve everything well.
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and bicarbonate.
When the mixture is homogeneous, let cool.
Pour the liquid into the flour and mix with a whisk so as not to have lumps.
Pour into a cake dish.
Bake around 20 min at 180 °.
Leave to cool on a rack.
