Crafted in Italy, this exquisite 14k yellow gold pendant boasts an elegant open teardrop design, highlighting a single round 2mm natural diamond. It is suspended from its original 24-inch yellow gold cobra link chain. The pendant is in excellent shape, however, the chain has some kinks in it (Normally, I would replace the chain, but this is the original chain and I was told that this piece should not be separated for identification purposes).
