Brand new never used. The pictures you see are the exact item you will receive in the mail. There are very minimal pit marks as you can see in the photos. This appears to have a metal lever, which is highly desirable to everyone. If you buy this kit separately, you would spend upwards of $50 alone. I am not guaranteed that this has the metal lever, but it sure appears to. It has the slight gold colored hue, which is usually a dead giveaway.The anvil is clean and there have never been in a sockets on it from what I can see. This would be a great candidate to steal the parts and repair your old Ratchet .
