BW4481 Stock Remanufactured Transfer-Case

As the title describes, this is a Transfer-Case remanufactured to original stock specifications. All our transmissions are remanufactured using high quality parts to our high standards.

 After remanufacturing Transmissions & Transfer-Case's for decades, we have seen that many families or specific lines of transmissions have common weak links and wear points causing failures. Our general philosophy at Powertrain Solutions is to update and upgrade our remanufactured transmissions as necessary. 

Core Deposit Information

? A $800.00-$2500.00 core deposit is required depending on product at the time of purchase. This deposit will be refunded in full upon receipt and verification of your core transmission, torque converter, including undamaged case and all internal components.
? If you want to avoid the core charge, please contact us after placing your order for more information on how to proceed with a core return.
? Cores must be in rebuildable condition to qualify for a full refund. Any missing or damaged major components may result in partial or no refund.

Core Return Policies

Powertrain Solutions - Core Return Policies (Drivers, Carriers, Suppliers, Authorized Installers & Resellers):

? Approved Return Authorization is required for accurate customer identification and core tracking for core credit.
? Cores must be returned and received at our facility within 30 days of receiving the remanufactured unit for full core credit.
? Cores must be fully drained, fully assembled, and complete with all components furnished with the remanufactured unit, including torque converters, brackets, electrical components, sensors, and more.
? Please use proper shipping fixtures, containers, and packaging to avoid damage. We recommend taking a picture of how the core is packaged to document its condition.

General Core Charges:

• Core returned 30 days late: 25% core charge if returned within 30-60 days.
• No core returned or more than 60 days late: 100% core charge, no refund or credit.
• Incorrect core, not the correct part number: 100% core charge, no refund or credit.
• Missing internal or external components: Up to 50% of the core charge.
• Unit returned unassembled: 50% of core charge.
• Missing torque converter: Up to 50% of core charge.
• Broken case or castings: Up to 75% of core charge.
• Fluid not drained: $50 fee (hazardous materials responsibility lies with the packager).
• Missing shipping brackets/straps/pallets: Various fees apply.

Please note that core credits or refunds are subject to the policies above and will be applied based on the condition of the returned core. We look forward to processing your core in an efficient manner!

Freight Shipping Information

? Call us for a quote! Freight cost includes round-trip shipping, which covers both delivery of your remanufactured transmission and return of your core.
? The customer is responsible for any hazmat-related issues or fees associated with shipping. Please ensure you are aware of any applicable regulations for your location before purchasing.

Professional Installation Requirement & Warranty Terms

? This transmission must be installed by a professional shop that is licensed, insured, and registered to operate in their state.
? Proof of professional installation may be required for warranty claims.
? If self-installed, the customer assumes all responsibility for proper installation and functionality.
? Our warranty covers the transmission only ? we do not reimburse labor costs, parts, fluids, or any additional expenses incurred due to installation issues or failures.
? We do not cover any shipping costs, including freight damage claims, rental cars, loss of work, labor costs, removal/reinstall fees, towing costs, inspection fees, or any other incidental costs or damages related to product failure.
? Our warranty is void if the product is physically altered, improperly installed, or maintained, used in an improper application, abused, or not used with the proper parts.
