Hello!  My focus is on selling CGC graded silver and bronze age comic books. I will also occasionally have some raw comics, sports cards and toys available.  Please check out my other listings – I do offer combined shipping so if you make multiple purchases, please wait for me to send you an invoice before issuing your payments. 

My focus is primarily on graded books in order to avoid subjective judgements on the condition of a particular book.  As many sellers like to say – ‘I am not a professional grader!’. Many sellers also state that ‘grading is subjective’ –and I agree with that, but only to a point. I think most experienced comic collectors that have familiarized themselves with comic book grading criteria should be able to get within a point (+/-) of a third party assigned grade. For (CGC) graded books or (CSG) graded sports cards I will include the interior page designation and the ‘grader notes’ in the description when they are available.

When I offer any raw book listings, I will avoid assigning any prospective grade numbers and stick to the following descriptions:

Very high grade – for a very high grade book I would expect the book to grade between an 8.5 – 9.6

High grade – for a high grade book I would expect the book to grade between a 7.0 – 8.5

Mid-grade – for a mid-grade book I would expect the book to grade between a 5.0 – 7.0

Low grade – for a low-grade book I would expect the book to grade between a 2.0 - 4.5

I base my prices fairly on items that have actually recently SOLD.

All RAW books will be shipped bagged and boarded and in a Gemini (or similar) comic mailer.

All GRADED books will be shipped priority in the CGC plastic bag, in a cardboard sandwich with additional space filler.
