Vintage Medieval Knights Chess Set Large Weighted Metal Gold Silver Pieces

Item is "Used" but in Excellent Condition considering its age. Signs of wear should be expected

Circa 1970s Vintage Medieval Knights Chess Set. This luxury Set features a 44 x 44cm board made from a wooden base with brass inlay. Chess pieces are heavy Weighted and untreated leaving a naturally formed patination. I cannot confirm the metal type but the original previous owner believed they are made from Pewter. Each piece Weighs approx 160-170g.

The previous owner removed the feet when he first purchased the set to fit it in a custom made games table. He has since lost those feet.

This was an active and played set from a Chess enthusiast.
