This earbud has the latest firmware version 6b27,v6f8/6f8, so our replacement headsets will be upgraded to the latest version before shipping. Please confirm the version of your left/right earbud before purchasing, if the difference between the 2 headset versions is too large, they may not pair successfully.

Pairing Guidelines:
1. Please forget your old earphone pairing record on the device.
2. Please put our replacement earphone into the charging case together with your right/left one.
3. Connect the case to the charging cable and charge them for 2 hours. （You can just charge them for 30 minutes and then try pairing for the first time. Sometimes, the firmware on each earbud is different. Charging your set for longer will force them to update together.）
4. Remove the charging cable and open the lid of the case.
5. Turn on your device's Bluetooth, press and hold the reset button until the light flashes white (about 10 seconds).
6. Press connect.
