Antique Tool. Yankee screwdriver or spiral racheting screwdriver. Lovely turned wood handle. Over all length not including bit when closed 10 3/4". Extended (w/out bit) 16". Works well. A little surface rust but not bad. Overall nice shape. The part closest to handle looks like brass. Again, I looked but don't see any maker or brand marks... but my eyes aren't the best.
