This auction is for one (1) vintage Colonial Finance Corporation stock certificate (No. 1419).  The certificate is for 2 shares of stock and is dated November 17, 1920 (registered on November 22, 1920).  The certificate has 2 main folds and some light creases at the corners.  The certificate has the Colonial Finance Corporation seal pressed into it at the bottom center.  The certificate will be shipped folded on the main folds.  See pictures.
