The project, though started small from our Asia-based sales outlet for our leather jacket manufacturing factory in 2009, now caters to the sales of leather jackets to all valued customers worldwide including the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, New Zealand, etc.
It was a family-run business that eventually began to expand. We decided to branch out our garment production under the trading name of Universal Leather. It was then that we started to develop our website.

Our return and exchange policy is simple and transparent. If you would like to return one of our products, feel free to do so within 28 days. The jacket must be sent in the dust cover it came with, without any damage to it or the jacket itself.
The buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item delivered was damaged or faulty.
The item must be returned in its unworn new condition with all tags and original packaging. Please note it is advisable to have proof of posting.
All items must be returned by tracked and signed delivery. Please make the return address out to our UK-based warehouse. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will issue a full refund within 1 working day. Refund processing may take up to 5 working days depending on your payment method.
We ship worldwide (3 to 5 working days delivery time with tracking number).
Kindly note we offer our shipping & item price without import duties, taxes, and any other charges in your country. It is better to check with your country’s customs office to determine what additional costs will be.
