Shipping & Handling - USPS has increased their postage yet again.   A 6 x 8 x 1 weighing under 4 oz  is estimated $5.23 with tracking number, weight, size of package and destination determines shipping cost.  

Cost of Shipping Materials ? varies per size of bubbled envelopes/packages, tape, bubble wrap, paper and ink for labels and other misc. office supplies
