This is a single and a block of Transvaal stamps, issued in 9/1900.  They're SG 5, the V.R.I. 3d Overprint on 1d Rose Red and Green.

The block comes from the upper left corner of the sheet.  It's EXTREMELY rare to find this stamp in multiples.

The single has a bit of soiling in the margin.

They're Mint Never Hinged and in Very Fine Condition!  They're valued at L900+ in the Stanley Gibbons Catalogue!
