You can power your Mac Classic 1 or 2 mainboard outside the case from a regular ATX power supply.
Outputs video to an external VGA monitor. Use the regular keyboard & mouse.
Great for trouble-shooting mainboards or video capture.
Uses a Raspberry Pi Pico to output a VGA signal from a Mac Classic 1 or Classic 2 or Performa 200 mainboard
Video output can also be captured on a PC/Mac using a VGA to HDMI adapter & HDMI to USB capture adapter.
Will include a link to 2x UF2 files for the Pi Pico1 and Pico2. Pico not included, available elsewhere from £5.
(The Classic boards put out inverted video - when compared to Mac Plus & SE - with various different timings, we provide several custom UF2's to make sure you still get a perfect image)
This design uses 5v to 3.3v level shifters so you won't fry the Pico.
Has an LED to show you it's powered on. Breaks out audio to a jumper.
