All orders are sent with proof of posting. You can request to have your order sent via Signed For delivery so that a claim can be raised in the event of your order being lost. Once items have been posted they are in the hands of Royal Mail. We are not responsible or liable for late deliveries which include any of the following, Acts of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Dispute, Flood, Drought, or any other cause beyond the control of Hosiery-Direct-UK Limited. We dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). All orders are sent the cheapest possible way. Free postage and packaging includes Royal Mail 2nd Class standard delivery service. Other postal options are available at the time or payment if required. If you need next day guaranteed delivery? We can send your order via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which will arrive before 1pm the following day. To use this service your order must be completed before 3pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please note if your order is returned to us by Royal Mail marked as undelivered or not collected from your local postal depot, you will be required to repay the postal fees, so that we can resend your order. Royal Mail will not class any UK inland mail lost until 15 days have passed from the date of dispatch or 28 days for all international overseas mail. We are unable to process any claim without tracking information within these time scales. International customers are fully responsible for taxes and import duties applicable to their country of residence.
