C19 connector is equipped with Auto Locking feature.  This feature will work with any C20 receptacle.  The connector will automatically grab the ground conductor, in the receptacle, with barbed fittings.  The cable cannot be removed until you release the barbs with using the red tabs.  Great feature to prevent accidental cable disconnect.
